I LOVED STAYING HERE my kids love the woods and the most peaceful place ever
Nice place for a weekend stay!
Very cool
This was a great place for me to stay while traveling through NC. I usually camp in my own tent, but I was concerned about the weather so I stayed here instead. The price was very ideal. I will say, the short walk up to the tent from the car parking is quite steep. I wouldn’t plan on bringing a lot of stuff with you into the tent if you are visiting by yourself. It could easily turn into a cardio workout. When I arrived, the front zipper of the tent was open which I believe contributed to the bugs inside. I was expecting the tent to be completely sealed around the bottom, but that wasn’t exactly the case. I know some of this is to be expected while camping, but it could have been mitigated. I still do recommend this stay for nature lovers. The sound of birds and nature all around was amazing.
A peaceful setting thats fun to explore- many cool 'easter eggs' around the property and trails easy enough for kids. The host was very responsive and friendly.
